I am doing 9 racks of BB's and a butt for my block party tomorrow. I plan on putting 7 racks on one grate and the other two I am going to wrap around the outside of the butt and hold against each other with skewers. What do you think about which should go on what level? The butt is going on tonight and the ribs in the morning. I have to get to both grates in the morning either way.
