Ribeyes and Twice Baked Taters

Went to the butcher today and loaded up. Two butts, two racks of ribs, and four ribeyes. The wind was blowing at about hurricane force, so I didn't get any pics of the cook. I was hanging on for dear life.

I was going to cook the butts all night and the ribs tomorrow, but with the high winds, we are gonna put it off till next week. Thanks for stopping!

Dinner looks great. Little off topic here but do you have the no burning ban in your area? I read about this today and it seems for BBQ guys this would really stink! It looks like most of indianer was effected from this. I hope it does not slow down your Q! Vince

Thanks guys. Vince, I know that we can't burn leaves and such, but we can have recreational fires and grilling is not affected as far as I know. I have been wrong before tho.
