Ribeye Tomahawk

Grilled a prime ribeye tomahawk steak for dinner last night. Wife requested it for anniversary dinner (31 years!). Not pictured: blue cheese and sliced pear salad.

Pass me that bone please. I’m going to have to cook this just to enjoy the meat that gets crisped on the bone. A real treat I haven’t enjoyed in eons.

Thank you! No vino served, my dear wife doesn't imbibe. So we had a great couple of glasses of water.
