Ribeye, potatoes, and sprouts

My wife was out of town at a conference for the weekend and I've been wanting to give Jim's potatoes a try and I picked up some brussel sprouts the other day so I gave those a try. Plus I wanted to test out the Ono Lump I picked up yesterday.

Every thing turned out great. Don't know that I've actually tried sprouts before but after all the great posts of them here I had to give them a try!

Jim, the skillet baked potatoes were great. Like a baked potato but with a fried crust on top. I put some sour cream on them and it was deee-licious!

Morgan, the sprouts were great too. I did them this way. I will definitely be doing both of the recipes again.

A meal Jim Lampe would be proud of for sure! Those potatoes are my favorite. I usually roast brussel sprouts in the oven...love 'em!
