Just some pork ribs and a few extras today! Ribs rubbed with a quick brown sugar, paprika rub I made (which was killer and didnt write it down!!)

Didnt write down the rub recipe? Let that be a lesson. Get a notebook and write down everything. Even if you have made something before, you may have made a change and now have a record so you can make it again, or avoid it if it was bad.

Sorry for the lack of verbiage on this one... The ribs were awesome but could have went another hour or so! The trimmings were the best!!! Of the chart super!

Tim I do have a couple logs I keep and had one handy busy just got too busy and time got away!! I will try it again and will let ya all know! Everyone raved on the flavor!

Try try again... Gives me an excuse to buy more meat right!!!
