Rib eyes and my Cuñado.

Friday we had my brother in law visit for some drinks and catching up with his sister. We listened to some good music and had good food. Grilled the rib eyes over lump charcoal. ABTs were stuffed with queso fresco and queso Oaxaca. Here it is and thank you for taking the time to read this post. -Tony and Maribel

The cheese melts out little but not alot. Maribel cuts the top and cleans out the seeds. Then stuff with cheese and uses toothpick to put the top on again. Then wraps with bacon and does a tight seal on top and secures with more toothpicks. We tried standing but Maribel didn't like how they come out.
