Reheating / when to pull / transport

I plan on cooking several butts at a hunting camp and will be cooking them overnight. Since we go to stands very early, I won't have time to pull them in the a.m. I plan to foil and refrigerate till the eveing. What is the best way to reheat the butts so they will pull well. I don't have a foodsaver to seal them in and then put them in boiling water as I've seen suggested.

Also, any suggestions on good ways to transport the WSM in a pick-up.
