Long story short, i food savered and froze a brisket that i cooked last September. Thinking about re-heating this weekend. What it the best approach? I am guessing foiled with some liquid in a low oven. Beef broth?

Thanks
Paul

A whole brisket or chunks or slices?

For chunks or slices, keep it in the foodsaver bag and drop it into a pot of low-boiling water for 15~20 minutes.

amen!

thaw pack in fridge

but I would use a probe therm and keep the water just under a boil and go longer depending on thickness of the pack. I do it all the time with pack of bbq and fresh sausage (they become brown and serve).

I recently thawed some PP by boiling a pot of water, turning it off and plunking the foodsaver bag in. After a while, it was all at room temperature when it becomes really easy to heat.
