Redhead swap

Wondering if I can swap lids from these two grills... I haven't looked at either, but both are available local. The internals for the one look better as well. Would the flavorizer bars, etc fit from the 2 burner to the 3 burner? I have an older Genesis Silver B I rehabbed 6 or 7 yrs ago that's still going strong, and I'd like to put one together for my son.

I think the lids would swap without too much trouble but, I’m sure Jon or Bruce will offer a more experienced opinion.

Nope, One is a two burner and one is a three burner. If they were both the same number of burners, they would swap. Flavorizer bars and burners and grates will NOT swap either.

No the red one is a 2 burner and the black one is a 3 burner
