Red Snapper on the Weber OTG

Hi,

last week I stumbled over a 3 pound red snapper in our grocery market. It is not a common fish in
Germany and I had to try it. This fish was not a bargain and I was worried about the outcome.

But all went well and the fish was delicious....but only enough for two....oh man.. :-)))

But have a look on my video.

Enjoy

Nice video Stefan, I always have Red Snapper when I go to Jamaica and grill it once in a while, thanks for the fin pulling tip, how long did it cook?

Really enjoyed your video Stefan.. My mouth was watering more and more each step of the way. Fantastic job!!

Cool video and great tip on the fin pull!! My Wife is a big fan of red snapper but I have never grilled it. The market she goes to will fry it up for here so she always does that.

Thanks to you all for your nice comments.

I hope I can deliver more of those...

Cheers and happy BBQing

Stefan

Stefan;
That was a very nice video with some excellent information. It really looks good!

I spent nine weeks in Germany over a three year period about twenty years ago (did some traveling but was mostly in Bavaria). My wife and I enjoyed the experience immensely! I saw no grills there except for U.S. Servicemen. However, I used my son's grill (he was stationed there and lived off post) and grilled up some chicken for an extended German family and it was well received (EVERYONE had a couple of helpings;)). I am very glad to see that the Weber grill is alive and well in present day Germany. We have many fond recollections of our time there.

I hope that you will continue to contribute on this forum.

Nicely done video, appears you've done this a time or two:). Good looking snapper, it's a great fish to grill, well done sir.
