Recipe: Smoky & Spicy Sour Cream

Tonight I made some lovely quesadillas from some leftover BBQ chicken and I dreamt up this very simple and tasty dippin' sauce for them. It might not be original, but it's damn good.

1/2 c Sour cream
1 T Chipotle Tabasco
1 t Sweet paprika

Mix well and dip 'til it's gone.
