Last October, my buddy Brian and I took a 1500 mile camping trip to Southern Utah, We traversed about 250 miles of 4x4 trails on this journey and saw very few humans in the far outback of Utah. We resolved to eat well, of course! At one of the incredible campsites we found, I cooked up a simple, gourmet meal of Rack of Lamb, fingerling potatoes and sugar snap peas. I made a video of this cook with the intense red rock of Utah as a backdrop!

Here is the video:

Great video. Worked in the Salina-Freemont area for 6 months many many years ago. Pretty country out that way.

I always enjoy your videos Cam. Looks like it was a wonderful camping trip and that was a real nice cook. Excellent!

Hi Chuck,

Thanks for that! I'm heading out Thursday morning for Death Valley. Our planned route will take us by Racetrack Playa. I'm planning to make a video of cooking some kicked up Reuben sandwiches somewhere along the way.

Another great video Cam. You must have asbestos fingers. Every time I do the paper towel and salt thingy I burn the crap out of my fingers!
