It was a hit as usual! It's so funny how folks rave about how good real q is, they keep asking.... wow how did you get it so flavorful and juicy and tender.

I wanna tell them the truth, which is you leave the dang thing ALONE but ya know you just talk in q lingo and roll with it

man that looks good. I hope to get my method right. Few more tries and I should have it. Gonna have to start over. New lid came in. Glenn helped me out so he knows what I am talking about.
