Well, I attempted my first pizza on the Weber. OMG! That is my new way of doing pizza. The flavor was intence. Although, the crust got a little dark, but still very delicious. I had a big surprise, the cook time only was 6 mins. The pizza toppings were homemade sausage, basil, mozz chz, shrooms, onion, and red sauce. I did learn a lesson, next time the coals need to be around the edge of kettle. NOT directly under the pizza stone.
