Howdy folks!!! Sorry it's been a bit! Had some family issues which brings me to an off site local in SoCal! No depressing crap lets cook!
Did some crashers and sirloin strips which were suppose to be Tri tip but oh we'll we will cook em up any way!

Steak at the flip!(thank goodness for CI grates!) I am pretty sure I was the last to cook anything on this grill 6 years ago and seems pretty on for cooking!

Great looking meal Morgan! Remember it's the cook, not the equipment that makes excellent food. Of course good cookers help..;) Hope everything turns out well for you and your family!
