Got home late but wanted to grill something, so picked up a couple of bone in chicken breasts and rubbed them down with some Busha Browne's Jerk Sauce. topped with some salt & pepper.

Added a little apple wood to the coals and cooked at 350 until 160 internal temp. Thanks Tony for the Weber drip pan tip. Perfect fit!!!


Plated up with some store bought slaw and spuds from the last cook. Happily slightly lip numbing and juicy.
