Awesome cook Morgan! How much Halibut we got to get us thru the winter?

I'm hoping 40 lbs will do it but I'm not sure..might have to do some winter king fishing come January!

Cool! Down here the "Never Frozen" stuff is crazy expensive! Pay for your gas ALL YEAR, if you sold it here!

The fish looks fantastic. Halibut is our family favorite. I have never tried that on the Weber. Any concerns with the oil and fire? Or I assume just have to be careful.

For a treat once a year, I order fish online from Alaska and gets FedX to me with dry ice. It is pricey but the best! Great Alaskan Seafood Company.....of course, you do your own fishing!
