Quick and easy Friday night wings

Don't have any plans for big smokes this weekend, but I thought it would be fun to try some wings on the WSM. Thawed out a bag of frozen wings from the local grocery store, and had them sit all day in a bowl with some Stubbs BBQ Mop.

On they go!

Tossed with Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce.

Cooked for about 90 minutes, Maverick pit temp prob readings held steady around 270'ish, with all bottom vents closed. Probably didn't need to use as much charcoal as I did. Quite tasty, better than anything I've done previously in the oven.

My only complaint is that the quality of the wings themselves was sort of just so-so. I think that's to be expected when I'm just quickly using a bag of frozen ones.

You did those up right! I'm sure they still tasted a helluva lot better than they would have in the oven!
