Questions about 2001 Silver B


 
The grates can probably be cut to size, but wouldn’t you be better off re-selling and buying a set from rcplanebuyer made specifically for the Silver?
 
I can never find RC's site and if I do find some listings I don't see the 17.5" grates and their price. The ones that are coming are also 9mm and 304 SS, at least that is what they say...will try magnet when arrive...Don't want to sell them with the E330 if I decide to, because they are too expensive....I was thinking if selling buy the least expensive E330 grates I can find, and keeping the new ones and having them cut

That makes sense. If I do return them does anyone know the price for the 9mm set from rcplanebuyer for the Silver B? Also would appreciate the correct way to get in touch with him

Just don't contact him through the ebay app. Otherwise he will have to do the order through eBay and charged the ebay fees. Email him using the craigslist advertisement
 
Received the 9mm grates today from Grill Parts Zone via Amazon. They r heavy. I applied a magnet and there was an ever so slight field between the magnet and grate. I am talking barely noticeable. If they were cut to proper length a new cross bar would have to be welded back. Not worth the cost. If u cut it at both ends right before the cross bar the length would b about 17 3/4
