Q3200 jet sizes

BTW, your LP large jet is very similar in size to the NG small jet and cold be reused. Got ours going today and it’s perfect.

Good to know. DO you know what NG pressure you're running? I plan on sizing them to run on straight line pressure. I get very close to 7"WC average

OK so I bought this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BBH78N2S/?tag=tvwb-20 and I got this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09XXFWGXM/?tag=tvwb-20 The orifices are a tiny bit of a loose fit. I put a little joint compound on the threads and they seal well enough. I don't know how much I can recommend the drilling set. MEH on quality but it got the job done. Though I would recommend getting a better pin vice and simply buying a range of quality bits within the parameters you need. In any case the deed is done. I measured temps earlier today running flat out then again after the NG hookup. I sized everything to run right off the line (no regulator) so 7" and yes I have measured my line pressure and know it's just about on the nose 7"WC.
My temps on NG topped out not quite 10 deg cooler. I can live with that. It runs fine from low to WOT and in between. So now I don't have to fill that bottle.
If I want it to run a little hotter, I can always open the orifices up .1mm or so.20230530_151724.jpg
