Q200 - is it a deal at $100?

Here ya go! It's going to take a little getting used to but everything was good, even if the wings were a little crispy

Jerk Wings, the bottom chop is rubbed in jerk paste, the top chop has Chef Merito's chicken seasoning on it.... I gave the wings a 15 minute head start & I think I left it on high - switched it to low for the remainder (another 8 minutes).

Not bad for the first plate off:

Not even just to use on special occasions? (hahahahaha)

The main motivator for this is $9 beers and $12 hamburgers @ Snowbird (the tram club has a $5 shot w/ beer special, but I digest).

This will definitely be a welcome piece of equipment on many outings I think.

Don't understand why you want the larger version. It really is a nice grill. Not necessarily MY first choice given the price but a damn good grill

Nicely done, Clint! Congrats on the new toy.

Yes, that thing will get screaming hot if you leave it on 'high'.

Chucks, I own a Q 300 and a Q320. Had nothing but great cooks with them no matter what I cook. Like LMichaels says, they are really good grills for the price. Maybe check Captain Cooks instructions on Q's and you might fall back in love with your Q.

Highly unlikely, however that said....Fellow member Mark R-S from Atlanta, Finland did give me a great idea what to do with mine (what he did to his) Being that I like pizza, he had a great idea. Although it's gas :( But since I might have to wait another 1.5 years before my white oak is seasoned, I just might :)

I've used this several times but it was finally used for its intended purpose - the Sunday before last, and the following Saturday & Sunday.

I realized the ski season had peaked so I rallied the troops.

Sunday before last - 1/4# beef franks (just bigger than brats)

We grilled again up there, & I made ABTs for the first time when I got home:

I did a regulator mod and it fired right up no problem---the first time it struggled. It wouldn't have been a catastrophe, we had cappuccino's (beer), but....
