Hi. I bought a q1200 Nordic edition while in Copenhagen and have moved back to Canada. The regulator is slightly different from the NA version and I found that out when I bought a converter to hook up a 20lb tank of propane, which doesn't fit. I wanted to buy this one from Canadian tire. I've attached some pictures of the existing regulator Will this work? Any other recommendations? Thanks in advance.IMG_20200826_201028.jpg

It doesn't look like it would work with anything in the US, unless maybe if you are supposed to screw a 1lb disposable bottle on there.

Yeah that's why I want to switch out the hose and regulator, was just wondering if the one I picked will fit. Looks like it should?

The picture Chris posted is the regulator for a Q3xxx. I would like to see full photos of the 1200 in question

Yes the picture posted is the current regulator, the link is what I wish to replace it with. Here's a picture of the complete unit.

Lmichaels: the back of the unit says it's a q1200 Nordic edition. Maybe they use the q3xxx regulators?IMG_20200827_074625.jpg

Unfortunately you're not showing the detail we need to help you. We all know what the front of a 1200 looks like. Need a closer view of exactly how and where the regulator interacts with it

Looks like a regular 3/8" flare. you should be able to buy a regular generic Low Pressure hose and regulator and replace the whole thing.

That nordic edition might be something different, but I don't know of any Q2xxx grills that came from the factory with a hose and large tank hookup. As far as I know, they all had the regulator on the grill with the 1lb disposable bottle hookup. It might have been modified at some point. I think it was likely modified.
