R RLittle TVWBB Super Fan Jul 3, 2022 #2 Nice! Just curious, Do you put any liquid in with the port when you freeze it?
Ryan Burke TVWBB Fan Jul 3, 2022 #3 No. When I reheat I thaw it out and get a stock pot of water just to a boil and turn off the heat. Drop the bag with pork in it and let it sit in the hot water for about 10 minutes. Just as good as the day it was smoked.
