Darn perfect cook and great pictures....I do love tamales and I don't eat them nearly enough. Is that a new probe on the pit? I can't remember if my probe ever looked that good.

LOL - yep. A new ET-732. It won't stay new long. The iGrill probe isn't nearly that nice anymore.
