YEA! Looks guud!
I always do whole pork shoulder from Snake River Farms. Because they come out & taste so guud.
we keep alot of pulled pork on hand also, tacos, green chili enchiladas, pizzas & of course pulled pork sammie.
We have a great place here in town that we can get fresh Mexican style tortillas. They are so guud.
(The Mexican gal who runs the place ran her hand through the machine that makes the tortillas a couple of months back. Her hand was stuck in the machine for about a hour till they got the machine taken apart to get her crushed hand out of it. Just opened back up & hopefully she makes a full recovery.)
