I used to think slaw on sandwich was dumb, but my approach was changed by using an Alton Brown slaw recipe that uses more favors like pickle juice and dry mustard, as opposed to tons of mayo like many folks make. For the bit of mayo called for, I substitute Greekyogurt for most of it. And keep it to the dry side.
