Sometimes I do pulled pork seasoned with just S&P. Maybe a little garlic and onion powder, but more neutral flavored than a traditional BBG rub for dishes like this.

I/2 cup of onion sauteed
3 Jalapeños chopped & sauteed
1 tsp of minced garlic
1-15oz Can of Tomato Sauce
2-tsp of Chili Powder
1-tsp of cumin
1/2 tsp of cayenne
