Pulled Pork AND Pulled Beef w/pics

This was my first attempt at pulled beef so i was pretty excited for this smoke.

Smoked an 8 lb pork shoulder and a 4 lb chuck roast yesterday. Temps were 250-260 all day and used a combo of cherry/apple woods. I used Wolfe Bold on the chuck roast which was simply outstanding and good old renowned Mr. Brown for the butt. I just need to take better plated pics, either forget or I rush one at the last second.

Those both really look great. I'm so anxious to get the smoker to make pulled pork/beef. Right now I'm doing a lot of tri tips and recently some pit beef. All well and good, but I'm looking forward to the low and slow.

thanks guys, appreciate the comments! I am having a big BBQ next weekend and looking forward to taking a ton of pics....ABTs, Ribs, pulled pork, beans, etc.
