I'm doing pretty well at geeting a nice, smoky, barky pork butt to pull. I am interested in sauce and cole slaw recipe suggestions. I suspect that these must come in pairs due to the apparent regional variations in Q and I am open minded to trying several options. Thanks.

Here is the slaw recipe I use, but you may want to cut down on the cayenne, as it sometimes is too much for most people. I usually split this batch in 2 and add cayenne to one of them only.
