Pulled chicken sandwiches

Last night we tried the pulled chicken. We pretty much followed the recipe, but my chicken pieces were not as uniform as Chris's. Used 1 lump of hickory and 2 of pecan.

It was great. Can hardly wait now until hindquarters go on sale....tom
 
I tried the same about a week ago. The only problem I had is that I didn't cook enough. I cooked 5 leg/thigh pieces, and two people came for dinner unexpectedly for a total of 5 people. We each had a sandwich, but only one. Okay for the ladies, but me and dad wanted one more. Oh well, it was a pretty good and easy cook. I'll do that one again.
