The local groger had prime rib for $6.99 per lb. I decided to cook up some cheese steaks this weekend for the ball games and ended up getting a 9.5 pound roast; sliced fairly thin.
Now I have around 2 ponds of the bones left that have about 3/4 inch of meat on them. There are four bones.
When I generally cook prime rib on the grill I remove the roast from the bones and serve the bones to my mother and mother in law. I would like to cook up these ribs but I am not sure of the best method to cook them.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
