EEEEEK! WHOLE HOG in a Costco???????? The mind boggles. It's a bloomin' good thing I don't live anywhere near there.

LOL I'm tellin' ya, it's hard to resist sometimes. One of my neighbors comes from a large Polynesian family. They have a pig roast once a year, and Costco is the supplier. It's gooooooooood!

Plus..... it’s probably a three pack.

Great dinner. I never thought of making a potato on a plank before. I'm going to do that one next time I have the family over. Very cool idea.

Just beware that once you start doing planked taters, you will be getting requests to do them again in the future!
