Man, its Feb 4'th 62 degrees pouring down rain my salmon fillets just went on the smoker and I just cracked a nice cold Spaten, It's a great day to be alive!
That rain sure was coming down!!! I was happy it didn't last too long. I had to wait to start cooking my brisket and butts. Can't wait to eat it all up and watch the game.
Yeah, yesterday I pulled the salmon and about 30 minutes later the sky really opened up and the wind was whipping. Got soaked but I used one of those large deck umbrellas to keep the smoker dry. Wokerd well...
