Poulty Dry Rub Request

I am looking for a rub that can be tweeked to our liking easily. We like s&p, onion, chili powder, garlic, etc... Like a little heat but with flavor. Where I need the most help is with how much of each. I am not good at that part!

Try the poultry version of this - you'll find it a few posts down.

4 teaspoons onion powder
4 teaspoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon kosher salt
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 teaspoons ground black pepper

Add cayenne pepper to taste(optional). About 1/4
teaspoon to start.

Makes about 1/4 cup
