We made potato skins today. Half are filled with bacon and scallions. The other hale with steak and onion. I fired up the vortex to bake the spuds, put them back on to crisp after scooping the guts, then put them in the cast iron after filling them so the cheese would melt. Now if you will excuse the quick post, I'm going to eat.
