Had a day off. Decided to forgo productivity (ie chores) and make a family favorite. Here are the ingredients.
Seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder and dearest over high heat.
Set up for mini minion cook
All the good stuff assembled
Foiled for a long cook.
Took a while to get to temp. Had to add charcoal after 2 and a half hour. Funny, maintaining 225 is much easier than 325.
Taken out after 4.5 hours and a 30 minute rest under foil
