Had a day off. Decided to forgo productivity (ie chores) and make a family favorite. Here are the ingredients.

Seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder and dearest over high heat.

Took a while to get to temp. Had to add charcoal after 2 and a half hour. Funny, maintaining 225 is much easier than 325.

Love it...great looking pot roast and no better way to cook it up!! And throwing productivity out the window for cooking for be family? I say you were very productive!!
