Yep, done that plenty of times. Sometimes nature is our friend :D
Yep, we can get a foot of snow overnight and a balmy 23 in the morning. Problem is here by 2pm it's 65 and the snow is gone. So, the problem is using the outside as a quick cool down or temporary ice box doesn't work well here.
Did I say that was a problem? I'm sorry. :giggle:

Consider a chef's press for cooking on a skillet or griddle to maximize the sear. Especially good for grilled cheese or any grilled sandwich, but can be used for all sorts of things like fish, asparagus, hot dogs, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns, etc. Easy to store because they're stackable. Great gift for those who have everything because nobody has these. Not sold on amazon. Not found at the mall.

I think ground chicken is disgusting, but the best way to make it palatable is to make chicken chili with about 6 lbs. of ground chicken and 1 lb. of ground beef. The beef will give it a little flavor and texture and the grease on top will make it seem like regular chili.

I thought of two more:

Nasty bananas to banana bread
Red and Green Christmas M&Ms after Christmas to Valentines Day and St. Patrick's Day M&Ms

Add a couple pats of cream cheese when scrambling eggs for a change of pace.
A spoon of sour cream makes VERY fluffy scrambled eggs!

In the long run, those might be pretty good, but ,Hoo Weee! 31 bucks a pop each for the heavy model? 20 for the mid weight? Last several lifetimes though. Thanks for tempting Mark!
Oh, I think I’m in the “has everything” camp so, my birthday is in August. 😉😉

I agree. Prices have gone up. A few years ago it was $13 and $18. Something like that. But he's got the market cornered. Yes, they will last several lifetimes. You can also find them used on eBay if you are patient. These are made in Oakland, but the previous versions were made in China and have a very nice shiny finish, so they are kind of like collector's items. They also had round versions which are cool. But they are very rare.
