Wife was all ready to add spiced and stuff her Andouille Saturday and discovered I was out of hog casings so went to Walmart.com to order some. Needed to add something to the order to make the free shipping threshold. I only had about 60 lbs. of pellets so looked through their selection and found Pitt Boss Post Oak. Never seen these before and they don't stock them in our local store, so ordered a couple of 20 pounders. Will report back when I get a chance to use them.
