Can't speak for everyone, but I think most are making pies with homemade or fresh, store bought dough; fresh toppings, etc. Though I have done fresh "take and bake" pizzas from the grocery store and I've seen others cook frozen pies on their grill as well.

No. I usually make the sauce and use fresh toppings on a store bought dough. A dough ball is $3 and makes 2 pies. It's really good dough and at $1.50 a pie and I don't make it anymore.

Sorry, Lonnie, traveling for work this week. Just got in from ID a couple hours ago. Probably won't fire up the grill until Sunday, but will report back, sir!
