Has anyone tried a Porketta roast on the WSM? It is basically a boneless pork loin roast with the following seasonings? I make them in the oven for the holidays but was thinking about smoking it. I think the fat content would make it any ideal candidate.

1 t lemon pepper
1/4 t onion powder
