First I would like to thank Jim Lampe for his constant contribution of incredible cooks. He often combines marinade and seasonings. I always have seemed to do one or the other. Not this this. Decided to mix it up with some recent purchases. Using the below cast of characters, I marinated two tenderloins, then seasoned one with Penzey's and the other with Smokin Guns Sweet Heat and finished that one off with my tweaked Blues Hog.
First up
Oh yeah, some Crash Hots
Pulled them as they approached 150
Sliced up into purty medalions
Not sure I could pick a favorite. But I will say that the Sweet Heat has found a permanent space in the cabinet.
Thanks for looking.
