Got the largest tenderloin I could find at Trader Joe’s. Did a wet marinade followed by my Santa Maria style rub.
Started off with a yet to be named cocktail with bourbon, aperol, and disaronno.

Used the Gold B to get a good char!
This was pulled about 142 and had a short rest.
Mixed in some roasted cauliflower and some TJ’s rice blend!
Now…about this oil…very flavorful and just a little kick! First time I’ve used it with tenderloin but it really rounded out the vibe!
