Pork Tenderloin and a big Pork Chop

Grabbed a beautiful tenderloin out of the freezer for Melinda and kids and some asparagus for all of us.

Tenderloin rubbed with S&P, mustard and ginger, garlic salt and onion powder.

Thank you all for such generous compliments. I am flattered, and love sharing each cook on the forum.

BTW....Please forgive the gash in the center of tenderloin. I am working without my Thermapen, and since this was for the kids I wasn't going to take it in til I knew it was done. Thus...it's a little overdone in the name of safety. Remember the bachelor party I posted about a while back??? Yeah... somehow my thermapen got forgotten at the beach. Must have been all the innocent fun being had.
