After seeing Jims and everybodys outstanding Pork Steak cooks, I had to jump in and do them also.
Had the butcher slice up two butts into 1" thick slices. Seasoned em last night with BBQ3000
Onto the Smokey Mountain for 2.5 hours at 250 with Hickory and Black Cherry for smoke.
All ready for the grill.
Gettin Old Red ready for her first of many retro cooks!!
Got em on the grill and sauced em and flipped em till ready for grubbin
They had a crunchy bark and oh so moist and tender on the inside!! I am hooked on Pork Steaks my friends!!
