Pork steaks and potatoe slices?

That meal looks terrific. I wonder if you went with a pan half that length if you wouldn't get a different consistency on the potatoes....more au gratin like. Those looked perfect , don't get me wrong.....I just always think "wow , that looks good...what if you did this or that to it". Nice lookin cook , brother.

Better than expected. The onions were melt in your mouth and the potatoe slices also. The chesse holds everything together. I would add bacon bits on top next time.
