Pork steak with cheesy Crash Hots and KFE (eggplant)

All this talk of pork steak made me make it tonight, along with the cheesy crash hots and some kettle fried eggplant. My grandma made fried eggplant every summer and I just love it. It tastes even better on the grill!

Pork steaks first direct, then indirect, then foiled, then back to direct.

Eggplant and crash hots.
