Pork Steak Sunday Roast


 
Love it.......
I did a smoke on the WSK a while back and then I had wings to cook right after.
Opened everything up pretty good and put some foil under where the wings were being cooked.....
Dialed in about 650 degrees and had insane good crispy wings in no time.
Made me consider more cooks like this....yours looks tasty.
