Pork shoulder burnt ends!!!!

Trying some pork shoulder burnt ends for the first time. Will post pics of the end product but currently enjoying a southern tier 2x ipa!! Currently 52 and sunny. Not bad for beginning of February that’s for sure!and here is the end product!!!

Turned out really good. Needed about another 45 mins to cook but my wife and I were getting impatient and wanted to eat haha. Cooked 225-250 for 4.5 hours with hickory wood. Made my own sauce for this one and it was fantastic!

Gotta love your choice of beer I used to go to Pumkingfest every year before moving to TX. Can‘t get Southern Tier here. And the burnt ends look good too!
