Turned out really good. Needed about another 45 mins to cook but my wife and I were getting impatient and wanted to eat haha. Cooked 225-250 for 4.5 hours with hickory wood. Made my own sauce for this one and it was fantastic!I did pork belly burnt ends last 4th of July, really good! I have never seen them done with Pork Shoulder, looking forward to seeing your cook and experience.
I live right around the corner from southern tier lakewood ny location so I’m always there hahaGotta love your choice of beer I used to go to Pumkingfest every year before moving to TX. Can‘t get Southern Tier here. And the burnt ends look good too!
