Pork shoulder burnt ends!!!!


 
I did pork belly burnt ends last 4th of July, really good! I have never seen them done with Pork Shoulder, looking forward to seeing your cook and experience.
Turned out really good. Needed about another 45 mins to cook but my wife and I were getting impatient and wanted to eat haha. Cooked 225-250 for 4.5 hours with hickory wood. Made my own sauce for this one and it was fantastic!
 
Gotta love your choice of beer 🙂 I used to go to Pumkingfest every year before moving to TX. Can‘t get Southern Tier here. And the burnt ends look good too!
