I don't know what to call this dish
I got some onion,serrano peppers and corn and got them in the CI. Seasoned with salt and pepper.

Then added chopped tomato and mozzarella cheese.

I got the mystery pack of pork for 5 dollars. I put them in brine for 2 hours. Smoked indirect with plum wood.



Plated with white rice. Sopa fresca and to drink agua de jamaica.
